To say that I was naïve about getting an effective and efficient site up and running would be the understatement of the year thus far! Wow! I cannot imagine trying to successfully navigate building a prosperous affiliate marketing "gig" without the plethora of training(s), help, and support throughout the entire Wealthy Affiliate (WA) platform! Thank the HEAVENS I found WA!

I cannot stress enough the importance of becoming a premium member. Not that you can't experience success without it, you can, there's just so much more to gain with the additional tools/assets/resources/etc. that you'll find inside your premium membership. If you're remotely serious about getting this business up off the ground, GO PREMIUM!

I'm learning so, so much and cannot WAIT to pull all the pieces together. I have several different verticals I want to get up and running but need to focus on getting the first one completed before branching out on the others. I welcome any/all advice/direction any of the veterans out there would like to share (and even other rookies!).

Wishing Everyone Total Abundance!

Lisa

Hello! Welcome on board! All the best! :)

A delight to read this and share your excitement about being a premium member at WA. The benefits are quite simply priceless.

All the best to you,

Brian

Welcome to WA.

Yep, lot's of knowledge and info here. Some of it in plain sight and some of it buried like treasure.

Congrats on what you've learned so far and best wishes going forward.

Thanks, Chris! Super jealous of where you’re at in your 40’s with your significant other of 25 years, aka soon to be “homeless”, vs where I’m at in my mid-40’s - single mom of (5) children with my youngest being THREE YEARS OLD! Many of my friends already have grandkids that age! Lol.

Truth be told, my kids make me laugh all day, every day. I simply cannot imagine the day when they’ve all left the nest (of course I’ll be in my early 60’s at that point and I’m sure at least one of them will have moved back in with me!)

In all seriousness, I earned both my bachelors and my masters degrees (and currently working on my doctorate) to ensure my career growth, to always be independent with the ability to 100% financially support myself. What I never calculated into the equation was being a single parent of five children. I finally waived the white flag of trying to “do it all” but knew I needed to find something that would allow me to earn the lifestyle my kids and I deserve. So...it’s a total firehose for me right now and I’m perfectly fine with that!

Any nuggets of wisdom you can throw my way would be much appreciated!

Cheers to your soon-to-be “homelessness”!

Lisa

You're welcome and thank you Lisa. :)

I think we can all find something in the lives of others that we can be jealous that we don't have and also that we can be thankful we don't have. ;)

Well done on the degrees. I've been somewhat of an anarchist bucking the system since I was a toddler, so I'm just an uneducated buffoon, lol.

IMO, the degrees you've earned prove you have the tenacity and patience to absorb and implement what's taught here. This environment can be far more distracting at times, so you have to watch out for that.

After you put all the pieces together, you will then use that solid foundation to fly in your own direction, learning more each and every day in your journey.

Stay focused, stick with it, and good luck.

Sounds like you are on the right track. I was the same when I started, had so many ideas, didn't know where to start. Just focus on one thing at a time!! Wayne
