I refuse to become over Whelmed!

This is Day 5 of my online adventure, and I have hit what probably every person starting an online presence has hit,,,, THE WALL. I awoke to about 75 emails from my Shopify store that I launched some using my help section some just spaming me offering to do Paid help,,, Why didn't someone create a post about this before or why didn't Shopify actually send me an open email about this possibility because I would have used a business email in many places and not opened my private one to be solicite
