Moving Into The 21st Century (Again!)

So...

A couple of weeks ago I wrote that I had gotten a new Tablet Android computer with an up to date operating system to help break my dependency on my old Windows 8 Desktop computer.

The only problem I found with the tablet is that the virtual on screen keyboard was just too small for my big thumbs and fingers. Often times when I was trying to write a post I would accidentally delete it by hitting the wrong key at the wrong time. Ahhhh!

Then fellow WA member Heidi A. suggested getting a Bluetooth keyboard to pair with my new Tablet. I took that very fine suggestion, and today it arrived in the mail. After spending an hour to charge the internal battery of the new keyboard I was able to pair it successfully with the Tablet. Oh the joy!

The cost of this full sized keyboard was minimal (only around $25) and I see it as a sound investment in my future as an online writer/Entrepreneur. I had enough crashes with my Windows 8 computer to realize I was building on a bad foundation and desperately needed an upgrade. Now I feel I am good to go.

My next move is to buy a Tablet device for my wife Heydi L. She is still planning to take up blogging here at WA once we get her retired from her present line of work. Hopefully by Christmas we will have the extra funds to get her rolling too.
