I've just tried to transfer my husbands website to be hosted here at WA. This is the message I got:
Sorry, we do not support the com.au domain extension at this time
How

Domain registration and hosting are two separate things. You probably have your domain registered elsewhere and updated your domain's nameservers to be WA's nameservers.

While you won't be able to transfer the domain to WA, you can use WA's nameservers and transfer the website here.

Oh ok that makes sense. Next question ... if I've pointed the nameservers at my domain to WA's nameservers. How then do I find/use my domain from WA?

You would still manage it under SiteDomains:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

It would be at the bottom underneath "Other Domains" once you have added it.

You can access the menu by clicking on the light blue "SiteRubix" button on the left and then "SiteDomains"

Thanks heaps for your help. I've now got the website in my Website Builder Section. I'd already created a siterubix site that I want to move to my domain when I have it hosted here at WA. I've tried to move my siterubix site to my domain but it's not coming up in my list of domains to choose from. Is this something that may take the 24hrs?

Have you added the domain and clicked the blue "Add Domain" button underneath the "Other Domains" section on this page?

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

Are you trying to use the "Existing Domain" option or "New Domain" option?

Yeah I've added it to the domains. (see attached) It's planningpropertywealth.com.au

I'm trying to use existing

You might want to try closing out the SiteBuilder page and/or refreshing it and see if it lets you select that domain afterwards.

Thanks for your help. I've logged out of WA a couple of times and refreshed my sitebuilder page and it's still not an available option.

If it's not there by tomorrow then I'll just have to worry about it then!! I'm going to try and be patient (not a strong point of mine!!)

Thanks again for your help!

Thanks for asking this question, Lindsay. You beat me to it. I've wondered about this before. I'm curious to see what kind of answer you get.

Cheers!
Don

Ok, so I'm trying to create my main menu that runs on the top of my web page.
I've created all the titles as new pages. However, my pages don't seem to have all the same c

What you need is non-clickable headings

Oh Marion I can't thank you enough for your wonderful video!
This is exactly what I needed to know.

Thank You!!!

Marion, I just stumbled across your video tutorial while searching for how to set up my menus and it's brilliant. Thank you.

I'm following the Affiliate Bootcamp course. Just wondering when my site actually gets google indexed or is there something I have to do for that to happen?

Your website will get indexed when Google sees that your content is worthy of their search engine. Google don't like websites with very little content. If your site is pretty new or doesn't have a lot of content, it will take time to be found. There are ways to attempt to speed up the process, but there really is no need. The best way to get indexed is to keep on creating great posts and pages.

Google's search spiders need to find your site so sharing your posts on social media will also help Google to discover your site more quickly.

Everybody worries that they won't get indexed in the beginning. Its just a matter of showing Google that you mean business. Just keep on creating and keep sharing socially. You will be found!

Thanks Andrew. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing!

No problem! How long have you been working on your site?

I've only been working on it for the last 2 weeks. But have spent every free waking moment on it! My husband joked yesterday that he'd forgotten what I looked like!
I really need to spend some time with my family tomorrow (and also catch up on some chores)
I'm just finding WA is pretty addictive!

OMG - so excited - just logged back into my site and it's now saying it's been google indexed!! (I'm pretty excited!!)

Ah there you go. Congratulations on getting indexed in Google! Now go and spend some time with your family!

Regards,

Andrew

So I've chosen my Keywords and am about to write my content for them. Obviously will include my Keywords in my Title and at least once in the first couple of paragraphs. But

Thanks guys so much for replying - I really appreciate it. But just to clarify is this what my Edit Manager Posts page should look like or should I be adding my keywords into those 3 columns on the right hand side?

Title and description yes. Keywords, not necessary https://youtu.be/jK7IPbnmvVU

Check Loes' training.

You should use the keyword in: title, meta title, meta description, url, in the first paragraph and somewhere in the concluding paragraph, in figures (file name or alt text or description). There is no background to use it. So called meta keywords are not in use any longer. Use synonyms as well, make the text reach instead of keyword stuffing, forget so called keyword density. This all is most certainly best practice nowadays.

There is a spot on the right hand side of your editor called "tags." You can use that. Kyle and others recommend against "keyword stuffing" (writing tons of keywords in the post, the tags or elsewhere.)

Most trustworthy sources recommend restraint, so I'm inclined to say: Just go with the title and first couple of paragraphs.
