Spreading a little positivity for today
So, I'm a cup half full kinda gal, so every morning I start my day with some positive affirmations from Pinterest.
The affirmations I picked today is:
I accept myself
I believe in myself
I am healing
I am a priority
I am confident
By saying these to myself at different points in the day, helps drive me forward and believe in myself.
We're so quick to criticise, judge and to try and find the problems that don't exist.
So, at any point in the day, where your feeling overwhelmed, stressed and down, find some affirmations, say it into yourself and believe!
If you don't believe in yourself, how do you expect others to believe in you.
Today, be the best you!

I love affirmations too. I resisted them for years but finally gave in and discovered they work!
My favourite one is 'I can do it'. Sometimes I repeat it 20 times. The funny thing is, when faced with tricky situations throughout the day, I hear a voice saying 'I can do it'!
I have some that I know are not true - e.g. 'I am the most productive person I know' lol - but I keep going with them in the hope they might be one day.

You are totally right Lindsey. Self esteem is the secret of any success in life. So keep moving you are in the right way.
