It depends how you have your site set up, this is one of mine, on another site I needed the bottom option. Default usually gives a funny url too!

I always go with postname, but like Kathy says it depends on what you want it to look like. You can also edit it from the page if you go with post name until it is what you want it to be.

Chicago was the first band concert I went to. It was back in the old days of real music. And a fantastic concert.

I love being outside, rain or shine. I a get a crazy look from the locals here when I run and walk in the rain. It is awesome feeling knowing I am the only one outside in the rain.
