Take ownership of your problems, not who left you, not you would have done better if you did not marry so and so, if so and so did not leave you, if your kids did not become drug dealers, if you knew your parents etc. Take ownership of your good and the bad. If life is not what you want it to be, work at changing it. Take ownership and say I have messed up but I am going to fix it. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and start working. Stop the blame game and start working on yourself.

Some things you do not have control over, learn to differentiate between what you have control over and not have control over. You see you have no control over how your kids will turn out. God wants to know what did you do with the gift I gave you. You are more than a mother. You are a mother with a gift in your hand. Take what God gave you and work it. Take ownership and change your world.

There is enough people telling you that you can’t do it and you are not good enough, it is time to listen to the inner voice that tells you that you can do it and you are the best person for the job. Change yourself and do not worry about how the world view you. If you would change, your situation will change with you.

Recent Stats done by Universum SA has shown that South African professionals are unhappy in their jobs, with respondents to a survey scoring job satisfaction levels at six out of 10, a survey revealed.

This problem cannot be solved by a lot of money and by changing jobs. People are misplaced not operating in their calling hence they are unhappy. These are professionals yet they are so unhappy, they keep changing jobs thinking situation is going to get better. This dilemma is not going to be fixed by a new job or promotion or a lot of money. This dilemma is not going to be changed by the employer. One needs to do an introspection and think about what do they love doing, that is where their happiness is. Your success in life is tide to your purpose. Find out what you are here on earth for and focus on that only than you will find happiness and you will never work a day in your life once you find your purpose. You will only be happy in your purpose. Bury your fear and expose your talent. Take your fear and bury it take your talent and put it upfront.
