Pros:
- Cooked chops and they cooked very well
- Glass bowl cleans easily
- Low energy consuming appliance
CONS
- No basket for making popcorns
- Recipe recommendations cannot be followed
- Product only works somehow in high temperatures
- Lid not tight fitting
- Not as fast as the Philips similar product
In summary
I will not recommend this fryer as I have realised that it does not live up to its guarantee. I have had it for over six months and I have realised that This Air fryer does not perform as advertised. Food and cakes don't even cook in twice the time as per recipe. The thaw function is just as poor. I really do not know what I will use this Air fryer for?!! Can it be that this specific unit is not working properly?
Although the product offer a one year guarantee it has proven to be very difficult to get hold of someone in customer care to arrange for a replacement of the product.
