Trashing Negativity

Last Update: March 15, 2016

After a crummy review from the boss, a flat tire or shrinking your favorite jeans in the wash, negative thoughts are inevitable. Instead of stressing out, scribble each negative thought on a piece of paper, crumple and throw away.

According to researchers at The Ohio State University, this practice causes our brains to mentally discard bad thoughts and improves overall mood.

The wheels of your career are spinning in full speed...

Keep going and don't hit the brakes now!

Just had to share with you all, my friends!

P.S. Seems like the Ambassador rating was a qlitch, Oh Well, I will get there soon enough! :)
