Planning for Success

Last Update: September 15, 2017

Life has a way of taking unexpected turns. About a year ago I started a non-profit group for TNR of community cats in a small town that really needed it. I started out with myself and 3 other members/volunteers but it has now grown to 9. Now, suddenly, we are in the middle of a battle for these cats and our right to help them. We are seen as the problem and not the solution.

It's way too much to explain, but it has taken so much of my time that I have had to neglect my site and have been watching my Top 200 ranking at Wealthy Affiliate slide by about 100 points.

I am tired now, both mentally and physically, and still have to continue this fight for the cats. But I am making every attempt, right now, to start working on a new post for my site. Perseverance may not be easy, but it is important. I said when I started this site earlier this year that I was going to see it through to success. I still plan to do that. I am still planning for success. Wherever and whenever success may be found.

I know you will succeed because you know who you really are and what the notes in your own heart symphony are playing. Be gentle with yourself. Find your clarity again. It's not a race it's a lull in our celebration of our highest self.
I know you will soar! Just take time to breathe. Best wishes ariel

Hang in there, Linda. People only see what they want to see most of the time. You are the boss of your site, so just take it slow and easy and you will persevere with both things. God keep you in Peace!

Good work! I would be interested to hear the whole story. I started my cat-niche site out to be humorous and introduce interesting products for cats, and I have gotten wrapped up in a completely different niche area in the process. (Stopping excessive breeding and abuse of large felids.) There's plenty of time to make your site work.

HI Susan! Great to hear from you, and I will certainly visit your site over the weekend if you would like for me to. I can also send you a PM with a little more about my situation if you are interested. But I would also love to hear more about your niche and how it is going. I will connect with you soon!

I like your tenacity. I too can spread myself thin often. I have a feeling that you will get your site back in it's ranking. You seem pretty concerned about it not being there. Being drawn to success is an excellent trait to have as well. I wish you luck with your life in general.

Yes, I am always spread thin. The one thing I did not mention is that I am also a full time preschool teacher, so thin is kind of an understatement! Ugh..

Sorry to hear about your complications Linda!
Keep at it - slow progress is still progress! Don't give up :)
Best of luck with both branches of your working life at the moment!
