One Year At Wealthy Affiliate
It's hard to believe I have been here a whole year. I still remember the day I signed up for the free starter membership, and I remember who it was whose link I clicked on their website to get here.
When I first got here, the experience reminded me of Dorothy when she opened the door after the house stopped spinning and stepped out into Munchkin Land. I had never seen anything like this before. I was in awe of everything that was available to me, right there. I had never had this kind of opportunity before.
Well, I soon became a Premium member, of course, and I had a rough start because I am a teacher and the busy beginning of the school year deterred me from getting started on the training and website like I should have. And in February, I decided to start completely over with a brand new website. So I went back through Levels 1 and 2 of the training. And now, I am just finishing up level 4. I was hoping to be finished with Level 5 by now, but at least my site is now established, I'm starting to rank for key words, and I have learned so much!
The next thing I need is more traffic, but I am being patient. I have heard many of you say that traffic doesn't really pick up until around the 6 month point. I hope that this is true. This website isn't quite 5 months old yet.
I am looking forward to completing the training, and i hope that I can arrange my schedule to keep working on my site everyday, even with working full time.
I know we are not to talk about religious things here, and I certainly am not meaning to offend anyone by saying this, but I have to thank God bringing me to Wealthy Affiliate. I know I am not here by accident.
I do want to thank each and every one of you who have helped me along the way with your advice, answers to my questions, and just your encouraging words. All of that is something you can't get just anywhere. And thanks to Kyle and Carson for building this platform and for all the training and everything that is available to help us.
Looking forward to the next year of progress and success!

Good afternoon Linda,
Congratulation on your first year, I am sure the sales will come. I have none yet but I have been here less time than you have.
Did you see my last WA post, Marion's advice is good and many follow it.
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Congratulations on your year anniversary! Time flies when you are doing something you love to do. :)
