I went to hubs and clicked on add a hub on an existing website...but it said I have none, even though mine has been live for several weeks. Stuck...not sure what to do.
suddenly I see that my profile says I joined in May 2019 when it was actually April 2024. My rank has jumped dramatically...how can I change these?
it may be the date you started paid membership...
your rank is dictated by activity within this platform...
no use for anything else bar an activity tracker....
The more active you are, the less the numbers. However, it has no bearing on your businesses or websites.

go to websites above and click on site manager and see your website. the go to hubs abd create hubs

Do you have another account under a different ID? You are right. You cannot edit.
You cant change it but you can login as the 2024 joining id
