Gaining Traction
Ok family, I think I'm gaining traction and I'm getting kind of nervous I now have two guest bloggers for one of my websites, (Migorda Entertainment Editorial Services). So technically, I am a Lady "boss". Now, I'm "trying" to figure out how to do "the boss" thing. I can't believe how fast things are moving...
The only problem is, I haven't earned any revenue off of my websites yet so I have nothing to pay them, yet I am extremely blessed that they both approached me with a desire to write for me and post their content on my website. I have given them both separate assignments, one will do movie reviews and the other will assist me with the music reviews on the Underground hip hop artists and members of my Facebook group. I'm just grateful.
I even found someone that will do "voice-overs" for my radio Comercial I'm doing before the summer. Moreover, have some awesome "radio station connects " that will play my comercial for free, on Star 98.7 Chicago, also about 7 online radio stations nationally and internationally.
This is just for MiGorda Entertainment Editorial Services. Wait til you hear what I have planned for my Other three websites! That's going on my next blog. But for Now, I want to say thank you WA for all of your help, Thank you Kyle, Carson, Jay and Everyone that has helped me along the way.

Your compensation to your guest bloggers is the opportunity for them to reach your audience. It is worth it to them, so don't worry about not paying them. In fact, I've never heard of anyone paying a guest blogger, and since you are doing such an excellent job of marketing, I am surprised you are concerned about paying guests.
Re: the voice-over person. They get exposure to your audience. Trust me, they want this!!!
As for your radio connections, they stand to gain from having interesting content to put on their shows. As a public speaker, I learned radio talk show hosts are always looking to keep their pipeline full. And WOW, you get free advertising! WIN/WIN!!!
