Awesome Service From SiteSupport!
I have been having a huge plug-in problem for the past couple of weeks. I brought the question up to WA.. I got some Awesome help. The best advice that I recieved was to take my problem and question to SiteSupport. Which I did. And do you know what? They immediately fixed my problem. Like within 3 minutes or less. I as much Amazed at how quickly they responded.
If you are experiencing any technical trouble, my advice and it seems no one here can answer or help you to fix it, then try SiteSupport. THEY are The Bomb!!!! Yep, they're a class act! I've contacted them a couple times and they've always responded quick and answered my questions or remedied the issue. :)
I'd advise you to always try to solve your own problems, but there's times that you have to get help, especially if your site is suffering.
Thank you James, I usually try solving my issues first, then ask members here... then ask SiteSupport. I feel accomplished when I do it myself though. ;)
I agree. I haven't used SiteSupport much, but when I have they've answered my questions or fixed my issues very quickly.
