Ya i know i know. You cant tell from looking at my smaller 174 lbs seelf that i used to weigh that much but i sure did. But enough about me. I want to talk to you about our adventure!  Discovery  of the actual possible  dos and donts of homemade gym equipment in LA heat. Oh ya its gonna be a hot one. And maybe i will tell how i got rid of all that weight and no saggy skin.</p>
