There are a few that I know of, the Astra theme, and the Divi theme. SeedProd, OceanWP, Fargo ( not a place where I used to live in ND) its a theme for wedding photopography. Neve or Ultra theme goes well for photographers and artists. You can Google the search for those themes.

Has anyone had any experience at all using Woocommerce for print on demand or e-commerce? Is it fairly easy to set up and maintain? Thanks for any help on this.

Many themes look good but after you install one the customization is often tedious. Just curious if anyone has found one they like and have found easy to make it the way you wa
Depends on how you define easy.
The themes that are the most "flexible" when it comes to making them appear just as you want are advanced constructions and there is a learning curve to make them work.
Some are more user-friendly than others.

4It depends on what plugins you already have. There is Thrive themes , landing page monkey beaver builder. I personally find thrive themes clunky and cumbersome, a similar price alternative is instabuilder I think. but I love beaver builder
I forgot to mention that I don't want any header that usually comes with the themes, I just want to have a blank page to put my text and optin at the bottom.

Totally possible - search Wordpress.org for an email capture plug-in (there are hundreds) and find one that will suit your needs.

Is it even possible to have an outside party build a web site for me and then installed it on my WA hosting?
I would say YES. But isn't the whole experience here on WA the process of learning the necessary skills to do it on Your own?
If somewone builds You a wordpress website, You then can import it to Your webspace here. I use a plugin for backing up my sites and at the same time You can use this plugin to move Your website to wherever You want.
This is the plugin:

It just works perfectly!

Thanks for the help. This is another membership I have and I get a great discount to have a complete site built which gives me a head start. Anyway they usually build it on your hosting which requires giving them the hosting login. I wish they would just give me a zip file but I guess they don't do it that way. I wish there was some temp hosting situation that you could then later transfer it over.
