Plan or no plan

I have been doing my business plan since I left high school, the truth is none of my plan work because it is hard to keep up with the persistence. Again and again, I was told to make a business plan before starting a business because to be successful you need a plan.

Over the year I from my planning experience I learn nothing is sure we are living in a word that fills with possibility, some people achieve with their plan there are also those who succeed without planning.

Bottom line is all up to us we're all unique, for me I work better with a simple plan.

I use to spend hours and hours on planning my business plan from budgeting, strategy to marketing. End up giving up to process the business project is either because I lost the confidence or the market trend is not there anymore.I look by to all the business project that I have not begun I realised that from all business project that I spent most times and effort to plan just because I cannot conclude the plan.

With the project that I achieved is because I started it anyway meanly because I am passionate about it, some of the projects end up badly a few turns out to be my success.

The way I look at it now is even that the project ends up badly, but I gain the experience, now I know what I should be doing if I am heading to that direction again.

Today, I plan my plan as like a goal I keep it simple and take action because these ways are more flexible thing change all the times.

Is all about getting things done, don't you agree.
