People of Wealthy Affiliate, what are your thoughts about people ask for refunds?
Example #1
You created a landing page/squeezing page linking to the affiliated website and posted to social media ( ex. Facebook, twitter,etc). Someone clicks your website and bought the product. A few days later, he/she messages you ask for refunds because he/she doesn't like it. What are you going to do?
Example #2
You created a general online store, getting linked products from Amazon or Ali express. Someone bought a product from your website. 1 month later, an online customer complains that his/her product didn't arrive or broken upon opening according to your own policy and the affiliated company. He/She wants to ask for a refund. What are you going to do?
