Managing Distractions

Good evening family and friends. It is a pleasure to be with you again to share my experiences and learn from yours. I have learned through life experiences that one of the most powerful assets of character you can have to be productive and secure with yourself is to be honest with yourself. Being honest with yourself allows for an environment within your brain where creativity flows and opportunities are realized. This all sounds great but there is a lot of work and consistency involved with this.
I recently wrote a post on Doing Something Daily just a few days ago. Then Wednesday night I realized that I had not done anything on my wealthy affiliates platform. It was 10 minutes to midnight. I had to scramble to get on the website to do something. I read some articles and followed some people. The following day I felt good about myself living up to what I had written about in my blog post
Success at Wealthy Affiliates demands change. I realize that. All the other online opportunities demanded change too. The problem was the help wasn't there. I'm at a point where I don't feel good if I don't do something each day. The clock is ticking and the calendar is flipping. I refuse to repeat the same defeating cycle of despair and damage to myself mentally by not having accomplished anything by the end of 2020.
MySelf AssessmentWhen I look back to when I joined Wealthy Affiliates in July of last year, I should have finished my training by now. I allowed distractions to take me away from moving forward with my training. I gave given permission to distractions for years. There is not a single person I can blame but myself.
The Good NewsThe good news is the past is the past. I have taken away all permissions to distractions. I can write these posts and get lots of comments but I would be a hypocrite if I didn't live up to what I have written. I would be doing serious damage to myself again! Now I am in honesty mode, recognizing my errors, correcting them and moving forward. It's similar to racing a car on the race track, blowing out a tire, getting it repaired immediately, and getting on the track to win the race!!! Not sitting on the side wondering whether I can win. I want to thank all of you for being a great source of inspiration, guidance, and good listeners. You have all helped me to evolve. I'm back on track now. All parts are working in harmony. I'm doing 170 miles per hour. Lol!!
