A Bit Of Encouragement for Newcomers

Greetings to all. I've read a lot of complaints from members that they aren't getting their questions answered and for whatever reasons things are just not working out for them. I do understand how this can be frustrating for members especially those members who are new and may not be computer savvy. Here are a few awareness tips I want you to keep in the forefront of your thoughts as you make progress with your Wealthy Affiliate business.

1. This is Not an Average Experience.

. This is an opportunity for all of us to be independent financially and help others in the processes. I won't emphasize "firing your boss" because some people are very happy with their jobs but would like more of a financial cushion. And let's be frank with each other; the boss is helping us to pay our bills and earn a living. So we should be grateful and appreciative that we can support ourselves whether we like the job or not. However because this is not an average experience, we've got to put the work in. That means that we've got to keep looking for the answers to the questions until we get the answers!!! There is a wealth of information here to help us. I've only been on this site since July. I am not moving as fast as I would like to but I am making progress and because I have finally realized that the answers are here this has become a fun experience. But what I don't want ( and I hope you don't want either) is to give up and at the end of 2020 look back and find myself in the same situation I was in when I started this. That would be a terrible and defeating feeling.

2. Be Persistent With Your Goals

. When we joined Wealthy Affiliates one of the questions that was asked of us was " how much time are you willing to devote weekly to accomplish your goals." Are you following your goals? If not you can ask yourself why you are not meeting your goals. When I speak to all of you I am also speaking to myself. I am someone who had a habit of starting things and not finishing them ( business projects). I had to take a harsh look at myself and ask myself why. I had to finally break out of this vicious cycle and put forth the effort it takes to get things done. We've all got what it takes to be successful here but we've got to break out of these bad habits, take responsibility, and be proactive. It's called ownership. Taking charge of our lives, working consistently toward our goals, and getting results. I have not made a dime from WA but my mindset is in the right place and it is my sincere hope that this post will help to put your mindset in success mode.

3. Turn on The Light Switch

. If you're not sure how to navigate through this site to find your place here I would recommend the following;

a. follow as many people as you can and interact with as many people as you can.

b. answer every single message that someone writes to you. Thank them for messaging you. Thank them for following you back.

c. Sign up and attend Jay's seminars every Friday evenings at 8:00 p.m. The information he gives on every subject is phenomenal.

d. Find and listen to archived videos previously recorded by Jay. You will find these archived posts very informative.

e. Some of the people you will be following may be in the top 100, top 200, and possibly ambassadors. Read some of their training. They also have a wealth of information that can help us to grow our businesses.

f. TAKE ACTION!!

g. DON'T GIVE UP!!
