Patience
I've noticed a personal issue starting websites and I'm sure I'm not the only one. The problem is wanting to build a million incomplete websites to start trying to get money coming in instead of trying to focus on just learning at the beginning. I've come to find that when I start getting overwhelmed and eager to make money I just need to calm down and take breath then focus on taking it one step at a time. After I've learned how to get my first site running successfully then I can move on to making more.
Anyway, this is just something I've noticed in myself that I thought might be helpful for others. Starting a passive income business isn't a sprint, it's an endurance race. If you can make it over the top of the hill, the rest is easy.

Dead right. Takes time but it gets much easier and quicker the more you do it.
first site is a learning process
2nd is slightly better
Each site thereafter gets better and better with the more skill you develop
