About LesGreen

I've been a licensed professional in a few fields and a working professional in a few additional fields. I have also had some tap dance lessons.

There are over a billion dollars of buildings, both commercial and residential in 4 states in the U.S. that I drew plans for. Two projects out of all of them were actually fun. I retired from that in 1998. 35 years of delightful stress and urgency. It paid okay, but I may have lost my mind at some point.

Have you seen my Mercedes? Oh, yeah. My wife sold it when we moved.

I was a professional in music: musician, arranger, composer, singer, songwriter, band leader, and copyist (the guy who would hand ink the parts for the instruments from the score). There's more, but it is already ridiculous.

I write stuff and things and other stuff and other things. I used to travel a lot and took over 10,000 photographs. Have you seen them? Me neither. They're in Europe, but we ate our last banana today. There will be more.

I'm terrible at tennis, was okay at racquetball. Only good at the more violent sports. Have you heard of American football? I was not a pro at that.

OK. Buenos dias. Have good days! Buon giorno! Bonjour! Gute tag. Fijne dag nog. Have some egg nog. What else? Ain't that enough, Kokomo?

Great goals Less,

The first step to achieving success online is to set some goals and now that you have done this you can start working towards them. Your goals are absolutely achievable and realistic. Dedicate yourself to working through the training, taking action, and getting help when you need it.

I am personally here to help you and there are many others within the community that will reach out to help too.

You are already doing great, keep it up!

Hello and welcome to the WA family. I hope you are settling in and finding your way around.

Those are unrealistic goals that you have set yourself. Remember that this is a journey and not a destination. There is a lot of work ahead, so the more effort you put in, the more you will get out of it.

Enjoy the excellent quality training from Kyle and just ask if you have any questions, as we are all here to help you and each other to achieve our goals.

It's nice to meet you Mr. Green.
Just curious what license do you hold?
If you don't mind my asking of course.
I noticed you have posted something regarding sentence construction. WOW! I will have to come back and check this out. Trying to relearn my grammar and punctuation one again. Uuug! Should have paid more attention in school! :-))
Thank you for stopping by. It really is a pleasure to meet you. Making a note to revisit and look into the sentence structure! Shhh! just don't tell anyone you caught me looking at this!! :-))

I now live in Europe and hold no license. So, I was licensed in architecture, in building construction (as a general contractor) and also in life insurance.

As far as grammar, the main thing is to write from the heart and make sense, I think. Things Kyle writes are professional and not awkward or stiff. They are clear and understandable.

Unless it is your niche, you don't have to write literature.

The tool for writing a post on this platform catches may things with spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. I highly recommend it.

You'll see all kinds of things, styles, and levels of writing in blogs. It's best to just for for it and if you want it better, learn a little more here and there.

I understood everything you wrote. That's truly the main thing.

Nice to meet you, too, Tina!

I have 12:05 Noon. What time is it in Holland...about midnight?

I used to live in Germany, and Belgium, and a few times we were in Nederland. REALLY interesting place.
I think it was Leidl where they have the tulips?
We got lost several times trying to get there. SUCCESS was worth the challenge.
I would have enjoyed more sightseeing around that whole place.

I think we shopped a few fimes at Schinnen (?)

We were in or near Maastricht once. We liked the canals, and thought about living on a tugboat. I was homeschooling my children at the time.

Interesting and fond memories of the past.
We read a book about the life of John Weidner from Holland, who was part of the Unground Railroad, moving Jews to safety.

My mistake: We WERE in Brusselles area, and traveled to/through the Nederland towns I mentioned above. Now that you mention Aachen, we went through there coming from Louvaine, Belgium.
I loved living in Europe.

Belgium days: -86, '87, '88, '89.
It is so neat to connect with someone living in the areas we once visited.
Blessings to you and your family.
