Ten Days later. A Success Story.
Hi WA family, hope everyone is doing great staying safe and healthy.
Well, a little over a month ago I fell into a great depression and spiraled downward big time. The image above is kind of what my life had become. Well, thanks to the police, paramedics, and the staff at the hospital, I was kind of brought back from the dead.
On June 13th I decided to share my story with you, and the support I got was absolutely overwhelming. You all are the greatest, and I am very grateful to all of you. Thank you for helping me stay sober one day at a time.
Of course, everything on my website fell apart. Site details were around the '40s. My rank dropped to 52. Today I found out I just became a WA ambassador again, once again thanks to you all of you. I have been playing a game of catch-up, and my website details are slowly getting better. It is hard work but it does keep me busy which is something I need to be. I am having problems getting my posts indexed, but that too is a work in progress.
I was formed by the psychiatrist, which means if I do not physically show up at the hospital, the police have the right to arrest me and take me there. It is a free ride in a nice vehicle, but I want to stay on track, so I will be abiding by their rules. It's all good.
Once again I want to thank you all for being there for me. WA is some kind of amazing program to be a part of, and I thank Kyle and Carson for creating it. Honorable mention to Jay, a truly amazing mentor to all. I encourage everyone to watch his webinars.
Thank you, and bless you all.
With much appreciation, your friend,
Michael

It is great to see you are getting back into the groove. WA is a good place to immerse ourselves and spend time. The family is here, and we all fit one way or another.
Do not worry about speed bumps along the way, as long as we all get back on the road and keep going, we will get to our destination.
Alex
Hi Alex, thank you. much appreciated.
Guess there will always be speed bumps, I just got to navigate better.
WA is a great place to be.
All the best,
Michael
Hi Michael,
Life throws us curve balls from time to time but we have to learn how to deal with them. Yes, you have had a setback but how you handle things from now will make all the difference. You can come out of this a better and stonger person. So I hope that is the path that you will take. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
Wishing you the very best!
Kind regards,
Nichola
Hi Nichola, thank you. Much appreciated. Life sure can throw us those curve balls from time to time. Like you say learning to deal with them just makes us stronger. I really appreciate you Nichola.
All the very best,
Michael
I'd be willing to bet that most of us have a bad habit that we turn to when we're feeling out if sorts in any way. Mine is eating. I understand eating is something that we need to do to survive but sometimes that make a habit harder.
When I'm depressed or stressed, I turn to carbs and I mean nothing that doesn't move fast is safe!!!! I feel bad afterwards then feel even more depressed and angry at myself. It becomes a vicious cycle.
Nothing done in excess is good. You made the first step and that is to recognize a problem. Now it's all one day at a time. It all starts with the first step!!!! You got this!!!!!!
Congrats on ambassador again!!
Debbi
Hi Debbi, thank you. Much appreciated. It is a vicious cycle and it is tough to go through it when you feel all alone. Well, I don't feel that way anymore. This is an amazing family and I am blessed to be a part of it.
You are absolutely right, nothing done in excess is good. I thank you for sharing your story and I know I am not alone.
Thank you for the congratulations on the ambassador thing.
All the very best,
Michael
Hiya Micheal, I am glad to see that you're following up for your mental health and doing better. The sun gets brighter each day, thats rewarding. Eventually you will get your posts indexed. Keep at it and also be helpful to WA members, pay it forward like Kyle always teaches.
Hiya Brenda, thank you. Much appreciated. The sun does get brighter as each day becomes more rewarding. Will start to check more things out as far as my posts not getting indexed. I do try my best to pay it forward and help other members whenever I can.
All the best,
Michael
Hi Brenda, I have been putting my posts in GSC doing live tests, and requesting indexing, but nothing yet.
Hi Brenda, I think you are right about this google update messing up some sites. Like you say got to be patient.

Hi Michael, it's so good to know that you are on the path to recovery. Keeping your appointment with your psych is critical to your health. Tending to your website is secondary to your health. Any time, there's a conflict between your health and website, the website should take a back seat.
I wish you a speedy recovery.
Hi Dada, Thank you. Much appreciated. My website has a lot of issues but it is not my primary focus right. It is one day at a time for me and my recovery. I am truly blessed to be a part of this family.
All the very best,
Michael
