We put in long years in working in the public at different professions to make a living for our families and then it comes time to retire and take it easy. That is a beautiful dream but if you have been active and got plenty of exercise on your job like I did you can't just stop and be relaxed. The first few months when I slowed down my health started to change and it was all due to the lack of exercise.that is when I changed my plan.
With a bit of therapy things started to change for the better. This is why that I say that the best thing to do is retread and go again. I am doing just that.
As I work my way through the courses here at WA, I am learning more every day toward of having an online business.
