better days a head

Last Update: May 20, 2021

Hello WA family. This has been a wild week. First of all it has rained for the last couple of weeks off and on. then my ac in my expedition when out. With summer coming on and the temperature get close to 100 degrees it make it a little rough to go anywhere without sweating your head off.

To fix the problem I had to hunt a rent car for three or four days, I requested a midsize car because I am six feet tall and a full brace on my right leg, so it make it hard for me to get into a small space.

I put my car in the repair shop and when to the rental place to pick the rent car.

All they had for me was a small car which I had a hard time getting in to it. that is not all, there was one day that got to 90 degrees and when I was running errand. The engine overheated while I was setting in traffic. It done that a couple of times and the engine shut off a couple of times but I made it back home. Thank goodness they call and said my car was ready, I did not waste any time turning in the rent car and picking mine up.

Time like this make us appreciate the good times.

These are just bumps in the journey of life that we all go through.

Good days ahead and all is good.

Wishing all a good day and hoping all is well

till next time

Leroy

Hi Leroy, really appreciated your post. Too often we can get focused on what is not working or not right.
But those bumps in the journey of life help us appreciate when life goes well and things are right.
Glad you got everything worked out with your car.
Have a blessed week.

Its the simple things in life that we often overlook Leroy. It's only when we miss them that we realize how important they are. Glad that you got the car sorted and you are more comfortable.

a car is like a good horse , if your going to expect them to run you got to feed them. glad to be back in the saddle again.

I can relate. My car is not running. I've been setting aside money for repairs.

Fortunately, I live in a place where most everything I need is within walking distance and I can get by without a rental car.

90 degrees? I think I've got you beat there. Once I was stuck in traffic on a Los Angeles freeway. The temperature? 120 degrees. My car's temperature gage was just touching the red zone. I managed to survive this without my car blowing up :-)

Best

yes, you can relate really what is is like, that why I could not live in a big town. I am a country boy and the big cities are not for me,

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm not a city boy either. I used to own a five acre ranch. The nearest town was eight or nine miles away.
