to blog or not to blog
so I'm sitting here and thinking about whether I should start a blog or not.
Ive got a website up and running and I might be creating a new one for another niche soon.. but the thought of having my own blog has been floating around in my mind for awhile now.
Would it be worth the time?? I mean would anyone actually subscribe to my blog?
What do you guys think?

You mean blogging in a different site other than the one about about your niche?
Yeah. I mean starting a completely new blog. Based on my life, my interests.. id of course mention my current website on it.

Well, you sure can create awesome content out of anything (not that your life isn't awesome to begin with... I'm sure it is).
I really have no business answering this question since I'm no authority in Internet Marketing...
But consider how much time you have right now, and the fact that you would be taking time away from your niche website.
I would go nuts trying to write something so personal... It would take forever!
Try to get some more opinions on this... I'm not sure Timshazz and cheick55 understood that this would be sort of a diary blog.
If you have the right niche you will get traffic. Also blogs are updated regularly. They compliment your website (and in fact are usually part of it) and give Google and Bing spiders fresh content to index thus raising your ranking faster than any static website will.

I am going to have my personal website (with a blog of course) and niche site(s) to work with.
You are most likely going to enjoy blogging on your personal website a lot and chances are that over time ... others will begin to enjoy it too.
I would start now but have a long term vision. Especially since it will be your personal website.
Think about it...
You could use your personal website (and blog on it) for the rest of your life. Might as well start now :)
