newbie needs help getting started with email
I have used SumoMe to build opt-in invitations on my website, only have a few that have signed up so far.
I have a list of emails, separately my Facebook Friends. I would like to invite all of them to opt-in to my community, so I can start doing emails and Facebook posts.
Questions:
What are the right tools (ideally free)?
Are there etiquette rules I should be aware of?
Can you give me ideas on the best way to go about this?

One thing it is important to remember - Facebook will not allow affiliate links, so your Facebook posts should lead to a landing page which does not mention WA directly because they will check! Maybe you could have an offer there e.g.: E-book or email course, and that is where you can mention WA.
