I am unable to open the Dashboard at the top left from WA to go to work on my Back Office.
As soon as I logIn I want to open the next menu for content, domains, research etc
From what you described the dashboard at the top left doesn't take you to your back office of your domain.
You can either click hubs at the top of the main menu to the back office for your sites or click websites at the top menu then site manager.
Same for content you can go to hubs or at the top menu click website and there you can choose site manager to get to your website or click site content for content.
As for research you just click research at the top menu to get to Jaaxy at the top menu.
If you don't see any of them first clear your cache then refresh your browser.
I am unsure of what area you cannot get into. Are none of the menu items working for you? You should be able to click on websites and see your domains, content, site manager, etc.

You need to click on training to go to hubs; you can log in to your website.
There's a difference between WA and website dashboards - don't get confused. If you would like, you may open them in two separate windows (Not tabs), as you may confuse yourself.
