Its the Singapore 12 Million Dollars Lottery tonight

Tonight is the draw of a 12 million dollars jackpot for Singapore's lottery. This huge amount is in conjunction with the Chinese New Year coming to an end. If I strike the jackpot tonight, it will be an exhilarating moment!

There are a few things that I will do if I ever have such mythical luck to strike the jackpot.

1) Give at least 10% to charity - Sharing is and giving is love. There are too much hate in the world and we need to spread more love to the society.

2) Use 5% for self, family and friends - Here again is to share with your loved ones and a little treat for yourself is deserving right? Maybe it's time for that business class flight or simply a top spec computer for all your entertainment gaming needs.

3) Invest in properties - I would buy property and rent them out for passive income every month. A Condominium can fetch about $3500sgd to $4000sgd a month.

4) Invest in good value stocks/commodities - Like all investment guru said, don't put all your money in one basket, don't use all the money to buy properties, you can invest in gold, blue chip stocks etc and more!

5) Buy an annuity - An annuity provides you with a sum of money monthly with some insurance components. For example, a $100000 plan may gives you about $700-$9000 a month for the next 10 years.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

6) Tender my resignation - I Can focus on things that I really love to do such as working out and reaching out to people! I could spend more time on my websites, I can go out and meet people more and talk about my websites!
