A happy lunar new year and best of luck to everyone

As the lunar new year comes to a full cycle this Friday. Chinese around the world will be celebrating this festive with crackers, red packets and tons of goodies(snacks) such as eggrolls and bak kwa(meat jerky).

Traditionally the red packets are meant to give blessings to the young ones. And visiting with mandarin oranges is a symbol of good luck.

During this period, remember to give more blessings, love more and do not be angered, do not hate, do not swear and do not do anything that is of ill intention to anyone.

I bought an 5 element rings with mystic knot and also a water crystal talisman with a an amulet to ward off evil. I struck a mini lottery last night! It may be I was just lucky or it maybe because my lucky charms really turned things around for me.

There is a Chinese saying 'it is better to believed in the unknown than not!'
