When I first started this adventure wasn't sure what I was getting into, It is a little harder than I thought. My niche is based around food, good food. The better the ingredients the better your food will taste. I do't want to narrow down my niche so much that I get stuck talking about one thing all the time.
I have 40 years of knowledge being in a professional the kitchen, sure I have forgotten some ingredients and even some techniques. But it all comes back to me eventually. I hope to write more blogs in the coming months by 6 months I would like to be making some money. Sure this is fun but I need to make some cash if your know what I mean. I was indexed 3 times so far I hope I can keep that up and maybe I will share some recipes with everybody. Italian food and ingredients are my favorite but many countries use the same ingredients.
