When I first started this adventure wasn't sure what I was getting into, It is a little harder than I thought. My niche is based around food, good food. The better the ingredients the better your food will taste. I do't want to narrow down my niche so much that I get stuck talking about one thing all the time.
I have 40 years of knowledge being in a professional the kitchen, sure I have forgotten some ingredients and even some techniques. But it all comes back to me eventually. I hope to write more blogs in the coming months by 6 months I would like to be making some money. Sure this is fun but I need to make some cash if your know what I mean. I was indexed 3 times so far I hope I can keep that up and maybe I will share some recipes with everybody. Italian food and ingredients are my favorite but many countries use the same ingredients.

We love good food too! Sure we are part of a huge demographic that feel the same.
Down here in Ecuador, the local cuisine is good. We live on the coast, which is different than other parts of the country. We do have a couple of good Italian restaurants down here.
