Time to think about our health seriously

I was one that never thought of any other way other then trusting what we use on ourselves and on our kids,things we get for our family. I always trusted that it had to be save or it couldn't be sold, As time went on experiences force you to see It's not like that, It's not that simple, IT seems no matter what is going on in your life you have to do your own research to see if there is another way, and many of us are finding there are other and much safer ways. As far as what we eat I never thought of looking at the label because there are harsh chemicals in our food that is past though FDA. we live and we learn. then we get sick, look and feel like someone would at 80 yrs old, they do better, and I think they grew most of there own food then, ate all fresh stuff, so much has changed now everything is a much faster pace, kids are busy both parents work, no time to be like it was, results. Young kids with all kinds of unknown illness, learning disables, more cancer at younger ages, things like fibromyalgia, a.d.h.d , a.d.d , o.c.d o.d.d bipolar, fatigue, and so much more. that there is no cure no fix, just hope to get put on enough meds to get it in control. We will never be able to get away from all the little things here and there that can cause sickness, of all kinds. but when we know that their is something that can keep us healthy in many ways, keeping us feeling great and in good health .. With the proven facts, I'm going to use it, and share it, we need all the good stuff in us we can get..... And although there are all kinds of natural ways coming out now, still always be careful, look for proof, facts, because you don't just want a fake copy cat know the facts research, I did and it took time, but it seems that we have to do a lot of our own research ... Well this I researched, and tried. and the facts speak for themselves. please, Look out for your health and look into this for you, your family, your loved ones, thank you.
