It's Good To Be Excited...But Stay Focused.

When it comes down to working hard on your business, are you letting your emotions change your focus? You've heard the saying "there's no free lunch" right? It's true and we get ourselves into trouble when we stop acting with purpose.

It's perfectly fine to be excited and you SHOULD be excited about your business but all too often I see people trying to skip the steps within WA. Let me tell you what happens when you start skipping steps and taking an "I know better" approach...your business stops growing.

I saying your business stops growing because traffic to your website likely stops, which means no sales, and a feeling of failure; but you can't pin point what you did wrong.

Dare I say that you need to go back to the basics if this is happening to you. Stop letting your emotions of excitement cloud your vision and steer you off course.

You need to restructure yourself on a plan which focuses your back towards your goals. Ask yourself:

Am I focusing on the low hanging SEO's?
Does my content connect with people and is it of good quality?
Do I engage on WA and give support while also learning?

I could go on but it's about reflection. It's about what you CAN do to make a change and start seeing the results you want by being strategic.

Train Yourself To Learn

My biggest suggestion is teaching yourself how to learn. We are all here to help each other and there are so many people in WA with great knowledge and have shared it throughout time.

That being said you can't expect it to be handed to you. You need to go out and search for the things you're struggling with. Search for the topic in the top bar, chances are someone has already written about it.

Read the different posts on your topic. Learn from it and when you get stuck, then reach out on your issue.

The fight or flight reaction is faster in your brain than tapping into a logical response. Don't allow it to run your business, stop, reflect, and take a logical approach to resolve your challenges.
