Good Buisness, (Is learned through the mistakes of others)

Ladies and Gentelmen, The internet has been attacked since it's inception as a device poised for bad buisness. People of all walks of life have gone out of there way to create propaganda to discredit the work of honest people, hard working people, who stamp, "Gaurenteed Service," on there product lines and delivering abilities, only to be undercut by the bad buisness policies of a few.

Recently I placed an order with a company and for the saftey of this online company I won't post names. I will say, they practiced bad buisness policy when they did not send me my package, nor refund me of my purchase nor even keep in touch via email with their client.

It is buisness models like this that allowed UBER, and Facebook to be held under the gun and start pointing fingers at others when the blame solely should be quanitified on how we treat people. How honest we are as promoters, sellers, innovators, entrepreneurs.

There should be no reason, I am left here to contemplate suing anyone, especially with the state of our economy and the state of the job market and the continued bombardment on, "good buisness," models and avenues generated by the internet, over a $40.00 package.

There should be no reason a company has to devise clauses in there contract of interaction with the general public, such as:

The business you ordered from is selling in the Marketplace. All orders placed through Our Marketplace are shipped directly from individual businesses, not by US directly. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact the business you ordered from directly via email or their contact form. We do not know the status or any other information about your order. If you have concerns about your payment, please contact the support team of the payment method you used (such as your credit card company or PayPal).

Customers with a OUR user account can view their order status anytime at (Such and Such)

Please note, businesses on OUR Lists ship from all parts of the world and can have very different shipping times depending on their location. Make sure to view the store's FAQ section for expected turnaround time for your order.

These are the words of indivudals you have to baby sit in order to recieve a package and it should never have been like this and this is why so many companies are being attacked as charlatens and swindlers and when individuals associate with them loose money and make someone like me contemplate suing.

In all honesty I should tell you all the name of the company just so no one else orders from them and feels robbed. I am still holding out that they will deliver. We will see. If they don't, then I will gladly share with the world what I think. If they do, then it will be just a matter of communication and not negligence.

My goodness! That is not good business practice at all. I am truly sorry that you have been taken advantage of by someone that have no heart for their customers.

I am truly pleased that you share this post with everyone here at WA. A word of caution for your friends and family. As you mentioned, "There is no reason why companies have to devise their clause." I truly agree to you!

I hope that this situation get resolved for the benefit of the customer.

Hang tough!
Blessings to them!

Is what they are lacking!

It is impossible to think that would like more business from someone if it takes them a month to deliver a package. A month. I ordered on the 10 of March and now look what day it is, As the clock ticks I am counting the cost. So would anyone else that spent hard earned to support someone's franchise.

I know that's right!

So it has been a month and I officially feel I have been robbed by people that play with the emotions and funds of buyers. I still have not received my package. No email from those that should be held liable to either refund me my purchase or deliver the package. Who do you think would be interested in the whole story? That is names of the company members, staff, business motivations, founders, lawyers that would defend there cause: though they have no case and that is why they don't answer emails. But in your opinion of good business ethic's who should I pitch this story to, and who would like to know about online entities that are set out to defraud customers? After revealing them what would the new business model be in the future for start-up companies to avoid these kind of mistakes?
