Crazy Week Struggles
Hi guys,
It's been a bit of a crazy week with life happening all around me. My full time job has been driving me nuts, to the point where if it wasn't for the health and dental insurance I'm getting right now, I'd be out the door. I hate the feeling of having to rely on someone else in a business just to keep afloat. That's one reason I'm here, learning from the best at starting my own business. I owe it to myself.
Health Concerns
I suffer pretty bad anxiety disorder, so my job has really been putting me on edge lately. They don't tend to understand when I get overwhelmed and have full-blown panic attacks. They just think it's an overreaction or that I can't handle the duties of my job. It makes it difficult for me to find the right work out there that understands. That's why I love blogging so much, I can focus it on how to help people in my own way and not be overwhelmed by the things that trigger my panic attacks out in public as often.
Speaking of health, I haven't had health or dental insurance in years, because I couldn't get a job that had it and been able to take advantage of it. Well, I just went to the dentist, and found out I have to have oral surgery as well as many other costly things...so I'm a bit overwhelmed in the money/health department right now. Many bad habits from my past caught up to me. That just fuels more into my stress and anxiety levels.
WA to the Rescue
In other news, I just converted my monthly to a yearly membership here, because I know it is worth it. I have a plan for my health costs and I just need to stick it out at my job for a little bit longer until my family moves to the other side of the country in a few months. Then I can start fresh, and hopefully dedicate my time more fully to the website.
Anyway, the overwhelming whirlwind has been weighing me down a lot this week, and the only thing that has kept me sane was being able to write for my blog. It's strange that something like writing and contributing in my own little way to something else that can help people is a way to feel better from life's hurdles, whether it is work-related, health, or anything else that might be weighing us down.
I may have only just started, and have a long way to go, but even if I never saw a cent out of my website, it feels good just to be focused on something else, away from the other things that pull me under.
So take a few deep breaths, focus on something, and do it. It's the only thing that keeps me sane in an insane world.

You are so strong! Stronger than you know. To deal with a job that doesn’t even care really sucks! Having health issues to add is another pain. But what has made you different is you found a way out! You know there is more and you deserve more than you know. At least here you have that sparkle of hope. Even if I was on my death bed if I can help people I would keep on. By educating by learning by being close to love ones anytime anywhere. What better opportunity than you have right here! You have been rescued! Always be thankful and fortunate try not to worry because your future is bright! I did a video not too long ago at my last job and how I didn’t like it either. I was so depressed and sad. Feeling this way can add more to your sickness but I using my recording as a reference or reminder of who I was before because I know soon it will not be the case any more!
I've had anxiety since 17. Now I'm 73. It has gotten better.
I found a social worker trained in trauma therapy. I had many
"famous doctors".... Mindfulness exercises helped me.
Doing this work forces the concentration to the present. Good luck!
