Please tell me how to make my site go live? I can't seem to find that. I went through the training and when I went through the build your website part it told me that crooks4ch

Are you all sorted here?

No. I'm still waiting for the other company to move my domain to WA servers.

Thank you. I did that already. They moved my site last week. However, being new to this I don't understand all the steps. What is obvious to someone else is Greek to me. LOL Anyway, I needed to update the DNS servers to point to WA. I contacted the company that Site Support said I needed to, but they never got back to me. I went on Bluehost and figured it out for myself. Yay me! I read the literature chatted online with their robot and updated the servers myself. Now I have to check with Site Support to let them know what I did and to see if it took. Thanks for checking in. I'm learning as I go.

Oh. I didn't even see this. Thank you! This would have helped but I figured it out. Yay!

Your website is live. Remember after you make a change to your website, you need to refresh your browser so it will show the latest changes.

So make sure you are doing that after each update, if you don't, the old version of your website will be cached.

I did refresh. The changes to the siterubix.com are not reflected in the .com domain. It seems like they are acting like two different entities.

That is because they are two different entities. They are two completely separate blogs. You open the site rubix site in Site Manager and then click move and move it to your.com site . Then you can go to the .com site and make changes. If you are happy in 30 days that everything has moved over correctly then you can delete the site rubix site. Or you can use it as a test site to test new themes to see what they will lokk loke or test plugins

I went there to Move my site but it said Install website. That was the only choice so I clicked it and went through the motions. That's when it, at the end, told me that crooks4christ-back.siterubix.com already exists.
--Just now I went to SiteManager, then clicked move. It asked me where I wanted to move my website and left a space for me to enter the domain name. I typed in my domain name and clicked MyCart. Once I clicked MyCart a page showed up telling me that that domain is not available.

Click on the help button above in the white tool bar. Choose is it related to a domain and choose your site rubix domain and ask site support to move it for you. Let me know when you are done please

I already asked them. They told me to come here and ask you guys. They said:

"You can ask your site-building/training-related queries on your blog, Live chat, or WA Classroom."

it is not a site training-related query. Ask them specifically can they move you website from xxxxx siterubix etc to insert your own domain name here. Tell them you cant move it because xxxxxxxx. Again let me know what happens
