Just like anyone else here; I was looking for another source of income from the internet to substantiate my salary and upgrade my standard of living. There I came across a number of different website adverts, work from home, easy money online, online marketing, forex traders and investments to mention a few. I made a mistake of putting my hard-earned money into scammers, I was made to believe bitcoin was for everyone to be rich within a short period. My money never come back and I was hurt. As a victim, I developed trust issues and I started to be skeptical with any online activities. So when I joined Wealthy Affiliate through Steve (I’ve Tried That) I was uncomfortable, especially when it was time to upgrade to premium I thought I will fall under the same trap of scammers again. On another note, in my mind it was that the $19 was too much money to easily loose just like that.

But the encouragement and testimonies from the Wealthy Affiliate community made me to take the bold step to become a premium member. In fact, I am regretting the two years I lost thinking that every online opportunity is a scam but look where I am today and it pleases me to share my journey with you today, please read and be motivated.

It is a big deal with me that I have my own website now under my name in the domain of my choice. I didn’t know that it can be that easy to create your own brand, obviously with the right connections and readily available tools and guidance. That is where I am today, soon to be linked with affiliate companies probably to lead into the biggest step of generating income through the website.

Niche:

The fact that I am not a blogger, writer, composer/artist, it was difficult for me to come up with a niche but thanks to Kyle and the team for the words of encouragement like you need not to be qualified or have some experience of some sort. As a result, I found myself motivated to create motivational stories for people like me who just need a wake up call to see that everything is possible. As someone who work mostly with the youth at church, I found it proper to have something to keep them going. As I was training step by step, day by day with patience then boom, there comes; Positive Mind Attitude.

Training:

I have had a great success here at Wealthy Affiliate Training. First of all, I have been made to understand that online revenue is not easy money as they may advertise in some platforms. Here you are being prepared psychologically and otherwise to understand that money comes through determination and hard work. Wealthy Affiliate is not just an overnight rich scheme, it calls for one to be ready to learn and follow all the steps then I believe at the end of the day the results will be there to be seen by everyone even the doubting Thomas outside there. What is more interesting is that the community is always willing to give a helping hand.

Progress:

As for this first three months, I don’t want anything to stop me. I want to continue training and finish my course. I can see my website already finished with relevant content, desired pictures and graphics. I am quite sure it will be fully functional in terms of connections to other social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I will also like to see it becoming a household name through google search, likes, sharing and comments. Even though I am not so sure now, it will start to generate some few dollars to fund itself in terms of premiums and upgrade.

Future plans:

The way I see things, in six months I will be financially coming along because I will continue to work extra hard within Wealthy Affiliate and my website will be generating income in advert clicks and possible online purchases. I am sure that under my Affiliate Profile will have a number of people enrolling with Wealthy Affiliate, with experience gained here I will be one of the top helpers. I am already feeling comfortable that I can share Wealthy Affiliate to another person as it is something I know and have developed trust that it is working for real.

Appreciation:

Thereafter, it will be pleasing me to say goodbye to poverty and hello financial freedom. I am the kind of person who would love to afford essentials for my family, good house, car and stable income. It will be easy to continue with my other charity and youth empowerment programs at church. I will be putting more hours at work to prove to everyone that once you have an internet connection, computer/smart phone you are sitting on gold. Let these gadgets and the ever evolving internet technology help you to generate more money.

In conclusion, I believe the above-mentioned journey of my life can help one and be motivated to stay put with Wealthy Affiliate. This a place I can call home, it is a community of help and support. If one is willing to reach his/her destination, I can simple say never give up! Please develop a Positive Mind Attitude, all things will fall into place.
