When will Covid19 pandemic ends?

Last year of December 19, 2019...the first case of SARS cov2 was reported in Wuhan China and as the time goes by, the viral infection spreads like " wildfire" aound the globe and becomes a pandemic and continue to take its toll along its path. Many countries all over the world created preventive policies and strategies to contain the viral spread but it failed. And because of this grave scenario... scientists all over the world collaborated to produce a definite solution to treat and control the novel viral infection and everybody is in rush to develop a medicine or a vaccine for COVID19 treatment within just a very short period of time...novel vaccine production is a race against time because normally,it will took 3 to 4 years for a vaccine to develop due to thorough clinical safety trials in humans but at this very moment big pharmaceutical companies will make the vaccines available at a lightning speed for the treatment of Covid19 infection.

Yes the novel Covid19 has no known definite drug treatment and the only US-FDA approved treatment for seriously ill patients infected by the virus is convalescent plasma, harvested or donated from the patients who survived the viral infection. The convalescent plasma is the prefered treatment for Covid19 patients who are on ventilator because it can offer dramatic results.

As it was stated by reputable articles that one of the world's largest vaccine manufacturer will stopped their human clinical trial phases inorder to "save time" , so they will not complete the human clinical trials with initial promising result because they want to produce the vaccines early and will distribute it to human consumers because it is needed. My concern is how effective and how safe are the vaccines for public use? It doesnt mean that the initial human phases clinical trial result are promising and is without serious side effects? The manufacturer are planning to initially produce nearly 40 million doses of the said vaccine and will be given to patients all over the world,although the number of the vaccines are low to cover the world's demands but it must be clinically effective and safe for use. SO...WHAT CAN YOU SAY GUYS ???
