I just had to write a quick note to say how continually grateful and impressed I am by those here at WA. It's an awesome community and I've loved the conversations I've been able to have with so many of you. I think it's easy to forget the impact our words can have on others. That's something I was reminded of in a not so pleasant way this week, and it has reminded me of how grateful I am for the positive examples. :) If you want to read more on my thoughts about this, check out my latest-http:

It's about 100°F here in AZ today, and I just had to share how nice it is being able to get some work done poolside. I've been pondering on some different ideas about service for a new post on my site, and today, a perfect opportunity presented itself! If you want to read about it, check out my latest post:

The other day I was thinking about how most of my best ideas come when I'm falling asleep, and while I do love my sleep, I have to say that it is really nice to be able to jump on my site and write a post when the idea hits instead of having to wait until I'm back at the office or something like that as I have in the past. It also helps in the "idea loss prevention" know all of those great thoughts you have as you are falling asleep and can never remember in the morning? Anyway, ju

Well, I'm about two weeks into using WA now, and I can say I have already learned a ton. Several months ago, I had to stop working full-time as a counselor due to some medical issues, and so I am excited to be able to continue forward in helping others via the web on my first website It's been great to share small snippets so far of both my personal and professional life, and I hope it's something that will benefit others. I feel like going through this training so f
