Baby Steps indeed!. Hi Lachef. My name is Nancy and I think that is the most important lesson I have learned so far. It's so not my character. I'm a jump in and take charge kind of person, which is exactly what I did in the beginning here at WA. WRONG MOVE!! The backtracking, re-reading and redoing have all been frustrating and time consuming. So if I had one piece of advice to give to newbies, it's take BABY STEPS.
