Sounds like you have a leg up on it then. Did it create a habit? I hear that 90 days is the magic number for creating a habit.

I think the habit is still forming, but I'm getting those words out more often as a result of that challenge. :)

I recommend that you take the video, create a blog post from that, you can even create a slideshare from that. Multiply your content.

This is a great goal. 52 in a year is a very attainable goal. You might even find that you are getting so good at it that more wouldn't be out of your realm of possibilities.
