I guess this is where I tell everyone what I like to do...maybe even give some insight into the life of "Kyle". I enjoy travelling the world when I can and fortunately owning an internet business is very accommodating to travel (but it also means that I am always connected lol).

I also like to exercise, play sports (mostly basketball), and of course, Internet Business!

I also like to read in my spare time. Knowledge is a powerful thing. If you educate yourself in things that you are passionate about and that you can "apply" towards your journey to success, you can achieve big things!

I began marketing in college, where I began my journey onto the Internet. I took computer science in school, primarily focusing on programming, but quickly found a love for the business & marketing components of the web. Business has always been an interest of mine. I remember reading jargon-filled business magazines while I was still in high school.

Since the inception of Wealthy Affiliate in Sept, 2005, I have a new found passion -- helping others succeed online. This is not an easiest of tasks, and everyone coming to WA comes from a different background, with a different story, but my (and Carson's) goal is to continue to work towards creating a system that will induce widespread success among the WA community members.

Give me a shout out in the forum and if you want, add me to your buddy list, or send me a message below!

Take Care,

PS. I truly look forward to working with you!!

Hello Kyle I upgraded to premium membership however whenever I play a video it plays for like less then a minute then it has a blue box in the middle of the video screen telling me to upgrade my membership to watch video. Any help with this please. It's happening to any video I watch. And yes I am logged into my account, and under settings and subscriptions it says I am a premium member.

Which video are you trying to watch?

Hi Kyle, I have some concerns about the confusing nature of the website since the update and the falling numbers of converted people coming here from my website.

WA bosted a 12% conversion rate that's up or down from the previous 1 in 8 (I believe these are the correct numbers). At any rate, I had 46 folks come from my website, and at 12% conversion, at least five should have joined, right?

When I consider the hundreds of people it takes on my website to get 46 of them to come here and not join, I need to consider why they aren't joining.

This brings me back to my first point; the site is just confusing overall. It's always bothered me that the icons at the top right won't tell you what they are by hovering over them. And I must take an extra step and chick just to see what they are; then I need to chick the back button. This is a huge waste of time. I can only imagine the first impression this has on a newcomer to the site.

Since the update and higher cost of membership, I've felt like an outsider. There's nothing here at my membership level but basic training.

The website makes no effort to show me the value of this high-level training because as soon as you start watching, it cuts off and asks me to join the higher level. I'm sorry, but I don't want to play Let's Make A Deal and give up my cash for what's behind door number two. I just have not been shown the value there.

Maybe these new people aren't seeing enough value to make them join either?
At this time, I'm sorry to say when my membership runs out. I won't be renewing it.

Thanks for your feedback here Rick. I want to say, that since the update NOTHING has been taking away from premium members, in fact the service, platform and environment in which you can operate a business has improved.

There are things that would help "highlight" what you get within the premium membership, and that would include a filter within the classes platform which we do have planned. We also have a lot planned moving forward, much of which will be included within the Premium membership. It hasn't gotten worse, it is only getting better.

As for the conversions, where is your traffic coming from? What is your key lander, and what sort of interaction do you have set -up with your audience on the back office. Do you have any messages set-up within the Messages platform? If not, this is something that you should consider and I can give you a hand.

I can also look at your overall campaign flow if you want, and give you some feedback and insights as to how you can maximize conversions or areas for improvement. Let me know, the more detail you can offer the better.

I will also escalate the hover over issue on the icons in the top right, these should definitely have labels as you hover over to help the end user understand what they are. Appreciate that feedback.

I have a problem. I accidently published some content as a page instead of a post. I was told there's a plugin to fix it. The person didn't mention which plugin and i asked but no reply and was hoping to fix asap so I could move along. I am actually a little happier with this one compared to my first and wanna get it done correctly. Hoping to hear back soon. Thank you so much for your time.

A post and a page are the same thing, the only difference is that a post snippet is added to your blog roll after you create it.

Pages typically go to your menu by default, but you can override that with custom menus (which can include pages and posts).

I typically create the initial framework of my website (first 5-10) as pages, then after that I create only posts. Posts are beneficial for rankings because they do go to your blog roll which makes your website look current to Google (good for SEO) as well as your audience.

Hope this helps.

Hi Kyle; I am sorry to bother you again, but something is wrong and it is not on my end. All of my other emails are coming in properly. According to microsoft, there is a third mechanism involved that recognizes in an email system that the email was sent. Apparently, it is not registering, and it is not on my end. I will have to block WA if it doesn't stop. It shut down Outlook last night from the problem. I couldn't find a reply if you sent one, there are so many WA filling my box. :)

Hi Kyle,
I have signed up and i am starting a new sales job on the 28/06/21.

I am trying to set up a local lead generation site, "Take-Card-Payment-Sheffield." (you know chip & pin pay with card). What I want is when someone put in "take - card - payment- sheffield." i will come up in the search engines.

Any advice for the old man would be really appreciated. I have never done anything like this before!!

So you are trying to accept payment on your website? What is your domain name and who is your target audience? Do you already have traffic coming to your website, if not, what is your plans for that?

Let me know and I will give you a hand here.

So sorry Kyle,
I did not make myself very clear. I do not want to take card payment for my website.

I am an agent for a card payment company. Everyone business that I introduced to them that go live i get an introduction commission.

My area is the Sheffield post code area, so i am looking to set up a local lead generation site. The one i had in mine is "Take-Card-Payment-Sheffield." Which is available as a domain name.

My target market is small business owner doing £1,000+ in card taking per week in the hospitality sector (no start up).

What i believe would be a good idea is to build a niche website, offer a lead magnet in exchange for their best email & phone number and offer a FREE REVIEW. SOME I WILL BE ABLE TO HELP AND SOME I CANNOT. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
