The Only Colour, and What Do You Want From Cast?

Two things this week. A challenge with a format I think produces the best judging we have run, and a request for your input on where Cast goes next.
This week's challenge: The Only Colour.
Up to $450 in cash prizes, growing with every entry.

Everything in your image is black and white. One thing is not.
That single element in colour is the entire challenge. An object, a person, a light, a piece of clothing, a door, a flower, something in the distance, or something so small you almost miss it. Everything else stays completely monochrome.
The easy version is a red umbrella in a grey street, and the gallery will be full of those by the end of day one. The interesting version is when the colour means something. The thing the person in the frame is looking for. The only thing they still care about. Something that should not be there at all. Make us understand why that one thing kept its colour.
What earns the colour is your whole entry, so decide that first. Then where it sits, because a small spot in an empty corner can hit harder than a large one dead centre. The black and white image underneath has to hold up on its own through contrast, light and shadow, since a weak photograph does not become strong by adding one colour to it. And keep the rest of the frame genuinely monochrome, because leaked colour anywhere else breaks the effect completely.
One colour. One thing. Make it count. Should be a fun one and I really do look forward to seeing what people come up with! :)
What do you want from Cast?

Ready to put this into action?

Cast has been live two weeks and I want to know where to take it.
Not general impressions. Specific things you tried to do and could not, and things you have not tried because the platform does not do them yet.
Some questions to get you started, though I am more interested in the ones I have not thought of.
Do you want to drop yourself into an existing scene, replacing whoever is there? See an image on the feed, want to be the person in it, one action.
Do you want character-based challenges? Briefs where you enter with your character, and the character itself is part of what gets judged.
Do you want characters that can interact with each other in one frame? Two of your Cast in the same scene, with a relationship between them.
What did you try that did not hold? Which scene broke the character, and what was it about that scene?
And what would you build if the platform made it easy? Not what you have built. What you would build.
Put it in the comments. Everything here gets read, and the feature list for the next month is being shaped by what comes back.
The Earn Tab (and Recurring Revenue Potential)
A reminder, because people keep telling me they did not know this was there.
Inside Kre8or, click Earn. That is your invite link. Anyone who joins through it gets free access to the platform and to the challenges, and you earn 10% of the lifetime spend of every person you bring in. All of them, for as long as they are members.
If you have a site, a list, a social presence, or just people who keep asking what you have been making, that is the link to send. The challenges are the easiest way in for someone new, because a good brief needs no explanation.
