These prompts work great! I recently used ai to map out a road to monetization specifically for me. I had it access my website and it broke down daily actionable steps and taught me what a tripwire is. Still working with it, but fell behind lol. It has a hard time conceptualizing an hour.
That's excellent, and the great part about AI is that you can jump back into prompts and threads that you are working on, and pick them up any time. And if it is overshooting what can be done in an hour, you can ask it to tone things back a bit.
Never really thought about using AI I my daily life. But now that you have brought it up I can think of many places I can try to use it to help out with organizational things at my job as a machinist and floor supervisor!! Stay tuned for how this materializes!
This is where it can really excel. If you have a problem, any problem, it can likely help you with a solution to that problem. It can certainly help you stay more organized with your job, and could likely remove a lot of your existing tasks (fully automate them).
This will allow you to do better quality work, stay more organized, and free up time to solve bigger problems.
Yes, I use ChatGPT daily to plan my day and to assist with multiple projects.I had not used it as you described, so I just did and entered my information. It quickly sent out a flexible schedule, and I may take weeks to print it off and use it with my current planner system. Thanks for the information, Positive Vibes
Great suggestions and prompt. I hate to admit that I use AI to help plan meals when we have company over for the weekend.
I am so out of the habit of cooking for more than two that I had begun to dread visits.
That was not what I wanted to think about when someone was planning to come see us and stay a day or two.
Surprising results, easy meal plans, and shopping lists. Try it if you are finding yourself at a loss for what to cook.
Thanks,
Sami
Nothing to be ashamed of, I use it for everything from meals, to helping me with practice plans in sports, of course email and communication side activities, and it is also my physio and personal trainer.
I am spending each day using AI to find new ways that it can help me optimize my life. ;)

This is great.
I am using ChatGPT more and more in my daily life.
My latest is keeping a check on my overall dietary and exercise progress on a daily basis. The backstory is I have a health check which suggests I need to make some changes, so I told GPT about these issues and asked it to act as my guide regarding the food I eat and the exercise I take.
Every day I give an honest rundown and it gives me a breakdown of what I did well, where I need to improve, and the reasons why, and a daily score out of 10.
It is fun but also very important to me.
AI is here to stay, and to resist is ill-advised. We need to embrace it and make the most of it in both our personal and business lives.
That is funny that you say that, as I am use it not only for my workout routine currently, but I have replaced my physio side activities with a specialist GPT that I have working on improving an achilles injury. Full exercises, daily schedules, and GPT threads I can give ongoing feedback. Really powerful stuff, and total game changers.
It's also my sounding board, etc, etc, etc.
I am using it more and more now. It has just written me a 120 day recovery plan for my main website, taking it from £0 to min £ 4,000/month income. I have an intensive daily plan mapped out for me with all the tasks built in.
I don't know if it will work out, but so long as I stay the course, it will be interesting.
It is quite a challenge!!!
