The Best Chapter of WA Is the One We're About to Write.

The Best Chapter of WA Is the One We're About to Write.

The last couple of days had some bumps on the hosting connectivity side, and before I get into the exciting stuff, I want to acknowledge it head on. Your sites themselves stayed up the whole time (well 99% of the network was stable, there were a hosting instance impacted at the same time).
What had hiccups was the connective tissue between the WA app and our hosting network. The layer that lets the app talk to your sites, push changes, and manage settings.

Here's the thing though. Our hosting has been getting more and more stable over time, and the data backs that up. The incidents we used to see regularly have become rare. What surfaced this week is one of the last categories of legacy friction we're still cleaning up, and the cleanup is well underway.

But I'm not writing this post just to talk about hosting.

I'm writing it because what's happening underneath WA right now is the most exciting work Carson and I have done in years, and you deserve to hear about it.

WA has been built over many years, and the platform you use today is the product of a LOT of evolution. Different parts were built at different times, on different code bases, communicating at different levels of efficiency. Most days it all hums beautifully.

Occasionally, like this week, the seams show.

The refresh we're shipping brings everything into parity. One unified foundation. Every piece of the platform speaking the same language at the same speed.

And on the hosting side specifically, this is where it gets really good.

A huge percentage of the support tickets that come through right now are for things you should honestly be able to do yourself in a few clicks. Adding a TXT record. Flushing the cache. Figuring out which plugin is bloating your site and slowing things down. Right now, those are tickets. Soon, they're buttons. The new hosting experience inside WA is going to put real diagnostic and management power directly in your hands, where it belongs.

That shift matters more than it sounds. It means faster fixes. It means you're not waiting on anyone to get back to you. It means you're learning your own site, your own performance, your own setup as you go. That's the WA philosophy applied to hosting... give members the tools and the visibility to actually OWN what they're building.

Then there's Hubs, and this is where I get genuinely fired up.

Hubs is being reimagined as a persistent, AI powered workspace for your online business. Not a folder. Not a dashboard. A business brain. Something that remembers what you're working on, understands the niche you're building in, helps you make decisions, and grows alongside the business itself.

The vision is that every member of WA has a Hub that becomes the single most valuable digital asset they have outside the website itself. We've been building toward this for a long time, and it's getting close.

And there's something else on the horizon I'm not quite ready to FULLY reveal, but I'll tease it. Carson and I have been building a new product called Kre8or, a visual and creative AI platform that opens up a completely new dimension of what members in this community can create, and a new way to earn. It's not a small thing and the early Beta has release just part of the bigger picture. More on that soon.

So yes, this week had a couple of bumps. But the bigger story is this. We are heads down on the biggest leap forward WA has ever made. More stable hosting. Tools that put control directly in your hands. A unified platform foundation. Hubs as your business brain.

And Kre8or on the way, which is going to change the way people think of visual creation.

The next chapter of WA isn't a patch on the old one. It's a whole new floor we're building, and you're the reason we're building it.

One question I'd love to leave you with... if you could click a button inside WA tomorrow and have it solve one hosting or site management headache for you instantly, what would that button do? I'm reading every reply as we shape the final feature list.
