Introducing AI Hacks With Kyle!
Welcome to a brand-new series, "AI Hacks with Kyle", running every Tuesday.
In this ongoing series, I will show you how to leverage AI tools to optimize your business and your life. Today’s post is an introduction to the concept along with a live demo of how AI is streamlining our work at the platform.
First, Why Does AI Matter?
AI is increasing becoming more and more important to learn, to utilize, and to optimize our day to day lives and our businesses. Either you can stay in tune with the latest strategies and optimize yourself and your business, or you can be left behind. Those are the only two options that I see.
AI serves as a practical tool that can help you reclaim time. By automating and streamlining repetitive or complicated tasks and generating creative solutions, you have more time to spend with family and focus on growing your business.
There are many platforms available, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini (to name of few). Most of these offer free versions, so you can start exploring without a big investment.
Today’s Demo: Prototyping a New Homepage
I used AI to redesign the homepage for our platform. Here’s a quick look at the process:
- Creating a Prototype: I prompted AI to create a new homepage design with features like an email sign-up form, and buttons for signing in with Facebook and Google. This is key to boosting conversions as many users sign up using these quick methods.
- Image Generation: With the latest GPT-4 image generation, I can easily modify images. For example, I tested adjusting elements like the placement of an “or” button between sign-up options, reintroducing the Trustpilot rating in the corner, and even using fun selectors to add creative touches (like inserting a dog image on a mug).
- Iterative Design: The process wasn’t just one step—it’s iterative. I made adjustments to the design, ensuring that all components, including the sign-up methods and rating displays, were exactly how I wanted them. This rapid prototyping saves time and helps decide on features before engaging a full development team.
How You Can Use AI
The example I shared is just one way to harness AI. Here’s how you can get started:
- Experiment with Free Tools: Try out free versions of AI tools like ChatGPT. They are powerful enough for early prototypes and basic design tweaks.
- Prototype Rapidly: Use AI to quickly create and test designs. Whether it’s a website or another element of your business, iterate until you find the perfect solution.
- Enhance Efficiency: Integrate AI across your business workflow—not just for design, but also for generating ideas, automating tasks, and optimizing your processes.

ChatGPT 4.5 Plus now has unlimited memory of our conversations unlike before so it has now become my business partner for all my businesses. I have been waiting for this improvement and I'm sure it will only get better going forward.

Good message, Kyle!
I had a hard time sleeping last night. It's that time of the month when my mind won't go to sleep, lol. One of the things I thought about was how to use AI for my business. I visualized a whole process on how to ask chat or grok how to set up some stuff and designs.
I awaken to this from you telling me to use it for more than just content, but to organize my workflow, etc., too :)

One of the things that I did was give AI my entire itinerary or things that I accomplish in a week. 3 posts, 3 repurposes to Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook. 5 IG posts, 15 pins and tweets. I gave it my timeframe parameters, and it made a complete 7-day schedule.
While it worked wonderfully, I have yet to stick to the schedule that it created. I am having a shiny new thing syndrome episode messing with this great system.
Once I get past the SNTS, I am certain that I will adhere to the schedule it created for me.

Absolutely Teri, you can use it for absolutely any aspect of your business, including sound boarding ideas that you may have, image creation, prototypes, and much more.

There is so much new info on AI uses and many voices, even here within WA. It will be nice to have one consistent voice sharing how to use AI to grow an online business and save time.
Perhaps a session on the basics of ChatGPT would be helpful to many new members. There are so many hidden tricks that the WA family may not know about.
So many voices, and so many uses. There are many nuances that can really change outputs as well. Lots of very knowledgeable folks here in the AI space.
I am going to streamline my voice, and what I learn through these Tuesday sessions. I know I can help folks reclaim a lot of time, and increase their productivity and results through things that I am doing on a daily basis.
We are going to have an entire AI community within the new UX release, so I am looking forward to that. I am going to be gunning for the top of that leaderboard!
I am looking forward to learning more each week. I have been using the excellent quality of images that ChatGPT now produces. I ask it to fine-tune my posts and since it then knows what the article is about, it has a good idea what the image I request should look like. I hadn't realized that I could ask it to slightly change it.
I think you may know this already - ChatGPT 4o is now available for free. It just has restrictions on how much it will do for you at any one time and then you need to wait 4 hours for it to reset. (In the training videos, which are a few months old, you mention that only 3.5 is available for free.)
Yeah, 4o is free. I think they started with 3 images per day initially, but have loosened up their limitations a bit. That is great, and it is good that they are giving this access to everyone.

Thanks for this Kyle. I'm using AI a lot and training it to write like me. I've used Sparky (my ChatGPT assistant) to create lots of images recently, including characters from plays to use as conversation starters, and all the images for a new mini-course I'm creating. I love it but even though I have the plus version, I sometimes come up against limits. But I can't wait for this series because I'm so much more productive now. I still check everything as it does create errors but it has given me so many ideas that I can't get to them all!
