Hey everyone,
Today I want to dig back into imagery and visual creation. I know we have covered this topic a fair bit lately, but I want to share why I am SO fascinated by this space, and I want to get your perspective on something I find really interesting... the idea that we are living through a genuine transition in what we even define as art.
I will also give you a quick sneak peek into the Creator beta environment. This is actually a concept I am going to be blogging about next week, so your feedback today really matters.
This Week's Beer.
This week I am cracking open a Pilsner by Tofino Brewery. Really cool can too. Tofino is a famous spot out on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Beautiful place, wild winter weather, great surfing, and even Justin Trudeau used to love traveling there. Locals are constantly heading out that way.
Tofino Brewery makes a really good kelp stout, but this Pilsner is new to me. I tried it last night for the first time. I tend to like Pilsners since they are a bit lighter, and this one is five percent. A lot of Pilsners have that little bite to them, but this one is noticeably smoother. Really nice. Cheers.
A Quick Look Inside Creator.
So here we are in the back office of Creator, our beta environment. We have invited a handful of users in so far, and last week's image challenge opened the doors to another ten beta users. This week's challenge, the roller coaster ride, will also send ten winners into the beta.
This is as beta as it gets right now. We are polishing the core components before our next round of feature releases. By the time it reaches the first invite stage, there will be new features built in and the design will likely look quite a bit different. We anticipate that taking about two to three weeks. At the very latest, we are aiming for July 1st for the first invite only launch, with the broader public release to follow.
Creator is a space where your creativity can compound, not just through the iterations and lineage of an image, but eventually through revenue as well. There is going to be a self sustaining economic component built into the environment. More to come on that. I do not want to get too far into the details yet, but the short version is that your activity will create opportunities for others to build off your public creations, and you will benefit from that.
Why This Visual Creation Era Fascinates Me.
Here is what I really want to talk about today.

Visual creation has always interested me, but there has always been so much friction. I am okay at Photoshop. I am not a great photographer. And I never had the technical skills to create something genuinely useful in tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Most people are in that same boat.
Let me rewind for a second. If you go all the way back, art on canvas was one of the first recognized forms of creative expression. Painters, sketchers, people getting their ideas out by hand. A lot of that work is worth enormous money today, partly because of the creativity and partly because of the stature those artists built for themselves.
Then we moved into photography. In the earliest days, you took one photo, developed it, and that was the photo you had. You could not snap a hundred shots, pull them off digitally, and modify them. Then came digital tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, where you could actually create and manipulate digital art, assuming you had the technical skill to do it.
And now we are in a world where we can visualize an idea and bring it to life almost instantly.
AI Has Made an Artist Out of Everyone.
Here is the part that genuinely excites me. AI has created an artist out of absolutely everyone.
Maybe you were never good with a paintbrush. Maybe you could not get your ideas onto a canvas. Maybe you were never a strong photographer, and maybe you never had the technical chops to build something in Photoshop. None of that matters anymore. You can take the ideas in your imagination and build visual art from them.
And I do mean art. I genuinely perceive it as art, because that is exactly what you are creating. AI is serving as the tool. It is the camera. It is the canvas, the paint, and the brush all at once. The output is the canvas, and your idea is what gives it life.
This does not take anything away from someone painting on canvas. They are absolutely an artist. So is a photographer. So is someone creating digital art in Photoshop. But I believe we are going to see a whole new category of people classified as artists who are creating through AI, because it IS art. You are bringing ideas to life, modifying them, adjusting them, and transforming them as new ideas come to you, the same way a painter works on a canvas.
And just like with any art form, there are imperfections. Not every brushstroke is perfect, and that alters the outcome. The same is true here. That is part of what makes it real.
The Beauty of Lineage and Remixing
One thing I keep coming back to is the lineage of an image. How an idea starts broad, then transforms as you build on it, then transforms again. Inside Creator we call this remixing. You can see images flowing in all the time, funny ones, creative ones. I made some basketball images, adjusted the Nike logo to say Kyle, and you can watch how those ideas evolve as other people take them and run in new directions. One of the images I was looking at today was not even mine originally. Someone remixed it. Watching your ideas and your art transform through other people's creativity is a really beautiful thing, and I think you are going to love that part of the platform.
Now I Want to Hear From You
Here is what I would love your feedback on today. What is your personal take on the idea of AI being our tool, our paintbrush, to create art and bring our ideas to life?
What are you finding about your own creativity? Are you surprising yourself? Are you building things that are not just interesting but useful, entertaining, or even something you would proudly hang on your wall? Whether you are creating through Image Studio, through Creator, or with other tools, I want to hear about it.
Your feedback genuinely shapes what we build, and a lot of what comes out of these conversations ends up integrated into Wealthy Affiliate too.
Drop your thoughts in the comments. I cannot wait to read them. Have an amazing Friday and weekend ahead, and I will catch up with you next week. :)
