Smooth Scrolling

Experienced extremely jerky scrolling in google chrome recently and after a lot of searching I found the fix. Thought I would share in case other members have the same problem. Open new tab and enter...chrome://flags...in the address bar, find smooth scrolling in the list of flags, it's near the bottom...click enable then restart your browser. Happy trails...

I Want it Now Syndrome...

Since I joined the Wealthy Affiliate I have referred or invited 150 new members, a large percentage have never even completed their account profiles. I tried everything in the book to encourage, cajole, and bribery to change the situation. I have concluded they suffer from I want it now syndrome. They stumble into WA take a quick look around and seeing no promises of quick money and the real possibility they might have to "work to earn" and they are gone. I get tons of spam comments on my site yet Analytic's records very few visitors and I'm wondering what I'm missing. How can so many leave a comment without visiting the site? Makes me think maybe both analytic's and webmaster are oretty much worthless.
