Feeling Fortunate - Starting New Adventure

Hi everyone,

I just thought I'd write a quick note and say how fortunate that I feel to have found this group. I only joined today October 26 and received so many messages from people wishing me the best of luck with my progress.

I've owned my own business for the last 25 years and I've never actually worked for anybody in my life (with the exception of about one year while I was still in secondary school) always being self-employed. I've had very good times and I've had very bad times during this entrepreneurial adventure. Mostly I can say but I've been fortunate and had moderate success with my companies, don't get me wrong there's a lot of hard work along the way.

One of the biggest challenges that I've always faced with staying motivated, not too many people who work on my team think to motivate their employer, it's always the other way around. So it's been very refreshing getting all the support from the members here who don't even know me yet.

I am very excited to learn these new skills and put them into action over the next few months while I create a new income stream. I find having multiple income streams has been my saviour at times when one company or another has not been doing well.

I don't think this is going to be easy money but I am not afraid of hard work and I look forward to the challenge. Although right now I would be considered a rookie if I can be of assistance to anybody through this adventure I will do my best to answer any questions.
