Hello Wealthy Affiliate family, if you have checked out my profile you probably notice that I have been here just over 2 years, and yes I plan on sticking around. I have finally overcome my fear of writing, and in the last couple of months have written more pages & post than I did in the first two years of being here. I just refused to give up my chance of making this work for me, and all it took was coming across one statement in a post I read from one of the members here, (I just wish I could remember who it was so I could thank them personally) about writing content. The statement was “just write one sentence to get started, that’s all just one sentence, and don’t worry about the rest, it will come!” Pretty simple right, well with that in mind I set out and started writing just one sentence, and low and behold the rest just came.
So here I am going through the training for the third time, the first two times I never got past the third course, because Kyle kept saying to write another page.:) So this time I am following everything Kyle say’s to do. Third time’s the charm right? And at the end of course two, Kyle says to share our achievements with the community, so that’s what I’m doing, following what Kyle says. (Kind of like Simon says)
Now for my website (http://everydayhomecomputing.com/), this is my third one, and I’m feeling pretty good about this one, it has opened up and endless supply of content ideas for me to write. (The first two were just too limited in ideas) And hey if you feel like it, go ahead and check it out. I have already been using the Site comment, and Site feedback features here at WA, and will continue to do so, I think there awesome.
OK, for my plans and goals for the upcoming 3 months I plan on continuing writing content on regular bases, along with making my first dollar. The next upcoming 6 months doing the same as the first 3 months and much, much more. I also want to start sharing what I have learned here to new members, and to help them out like so many of you have helped me, it’s time to give back to the community.
So, in wrapping this up I would like say to all of those that question themselves whether or not they can do this, is that if you really want it, then don’t give up, you can achieve any goals that you have, just follow along with Kyle and Carson!

You've demonstrated that so well with your story here that I'd like to post you a link to another one of our community member's blogs and it's this.... $0 to $10k In 3 Years Dom never gave up either, he persevered and got to where he is by sticking with it so I hope you'll take further inspiration from it.
I had a look at your site, I like your domain name, the site looks good and I'm sure you'll be posting more quality content over the coming weeks/months/years...couple of things, why not make a blog post the next thing on your radar and there's no apostrophe in "Tools".
Well done for sticking with it, I wish you all the luck in the world.

Hi Mark, Thanks! For taking the time to look at my site, and for your words of encouragement. I read Dom's post again, it so happens that when I read it back in august he inspired me not too give up, it was well worth it to read it again, and bookmark to read again. That's a good idea about making a blog post, thanks again for replying to my post.

Hello and thank you for posting your message.This gives me heart and also my story should give you heart also,by February next year I will be here 2 years and not a lot to show for it (money way,s I mean).I cannot always be bothered due to depression and that has been a big factor for me.I never got any further than the green button training and I still remember some of it but it is hardly satisfactory when one is thinking of building a website that will produce an income,it shocked me at first when one read about others travels here and how quickly they go through the training,however I don,t think people can take this much information in correctly.
I put in my last post that I was here to Christmas time at least and then we will see what happens but it does give me a little heart when you have been here two years.The key I think to this is regular blogging and learning,a routine is what the both of us need and learn how to stick with it.
Well I will wish you all the best for now and keep plodding onwards.

Hi Mark, if you really want this then don't give up, just keep putting one foot forward, that's what I do. Your not alone dealing with depression, I also suffer from manic depression along with anxiety disorder, but I'll be damned if it's going to stop me. I will be following you and I look forward to seeing you next Year! And your right nothing worth having is going to be easy, just some of us have a harder time, thanks for reading my post.

Great blog, Kim! I'm right there with you! Sometimes I feel incredibly overwhelmed (and not just with all the content here at Wealthy Affiliate either). It's comforting to know someone else experiences it, too. Sometimes my pen (or the keyboard) feels like a big 2 ton gorilla or boulder or something and it's hard to break through. One word and one sentence or one paragraph at a time is okay. You're website looks WAYYY better than what I have so far. I have A LOT to learn yet.
Making my first dollar is a goal, too. I'm thinking I may frame it. We'll see. I'll probably do a happy dance.
